The Role

Excitement is growing at Indevin as we gear up for the most exhilarating time of the year: Vintage!

Every year, we hire around 300 seasonal team members to join our wineries - they help us to receive the grapes, transform them into wine, and dispatch it to wine lovers around NZ and the world. You'll join our Talent team to play a key role in helping us to recruit our Vintage teams -

• Help manage emails by replying to day-to-day queries
• Ensure our applicants have a great recruitment experience
• Assist with collecting documents such as visas and reference checks
• Send employment agreements
• Update our recruitment tracking spreadsheets
• Review candidate applications and help to create shortlists

This will be a full time, fixed term role, with an immediate start until December, and can be based in Auckland or Blenheim.

About You

Bring your Administration experience, as well as -

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional, clear communication
• Positive, team-focused approach and willing to support wherever needed
• Genuine care for candidate experience and creating great Vintage teams
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving under time pressure
• Quick to pick up systems, confident sending emails and using Excel
