About Us
Excitement is growing at Indevin as we gear up for the most exhilarating time of the year: Vintage!
Home to Villa Maria, our vision is to be one of the world’s great wine companies, sharing the best of New Zealand wine with the world.
Our grapes come from over 6,000 hectares of planted vineyards and blended in our wineries across three of the renowned wine regions - Marlborough, Hawke’s Bay, and Gisborne - and our wines are exported globally. We’re passionate about wine and we love what we do!
The Role
As we gear up for V26, we’re on the hunt for Vintage Cellar Supervisors to join our vintage team at our Gimblett Gravels Winery in Hawkes Bay!

These are seasonal, fixed term roles from mid-January through to early-June to support our Vintage period and post-Vintage operations, with 2 roles extending through to October. Because of the nature of our business, our vintage dates might change slightly, but we will always keep you up-to-date with the latest information as we get it.

- Able to lead and motivate your team under pressure
- Knowledge of core cellar operations
- Physically fit, reliable, and a team player, with safety at the forefront
- Be able to speak English very well, give and follow instructions in English too

- You’ll need to be available to work shifts of up to 10 hours, 6 days per week, at vintage peak

For the team at the heart of this annual experience, there’s much more to be made in addition to wine. You'll make great friends (it'll feel like family by the end), good money, new skills and incredible memories. That's just a taste of what you can look forward to making when you're part of our vintage crew. Working a winery vintage is not an easy task - we work long hours, and it’s an extremely fast-paced environment.
