Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be carrying out vineyard operations as planned by the Regional Viticulture Manager. Our Vineyard Workers are happy to work as part of a team and be responsible for day-to-day operations including but not limited to:

  • tractor operation – trimming, defoliating, mowing
  • irrigation and trellising repairs and maintenance
  • vineyard development
  • labour supervising
  • and other vineyard tasks as required.

What you need to be successful

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Good attention to detail in all operations to achieve optimal fruit and wine quality.
  • Great initiative and drive for continuous improvement in achieving optimal vineyard operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and a commitment to workplace safety.
  • Minimum restricted NZ driver license
