Key Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a Production Planner role within our Integrated Business Planning team. This position plays a critical role within the wider Supply Chain function, with key responsibilities including: 

  • Reviewing and maintaining the production forecast in line with demand changes and market intelligence. 
  • Planning and scheduling bottling volumes to ensure deliveries to customers are met on time, in full whilst minimising rework 
  • Maintaining optimum finished goods stock in terms of cost, risk and service levels. 
  • Coordinating and communicating schedule plans and amendments between wineries, 3rd party bottlers, customer operations, inventory, and sales teams. 
  • Actively identifying and implementing improvements to planning systems and processes. 
  • Reporting KPIs to the business monitoring production and scheduling efficiencies. 

What you need to be successful

  • 5+ years of relevant experience 
  • Ideally, a background in FMCG and export    
  • At ease building resilient and productive relationships with stakeholders 
  • Strong Excel and software system capability, experience with Netsuite would be a bonus 
  • Motivated and eager to learn
