15 Valley nestles into the foothills of the Wither Hills and is New Zealand’s largest winery. Experienced winemakers, cutting edge technology such as smart tanks, bespoke systems and our amazing cellar teams help us to produce and export our globally renown Sauvignon Blanc. 

The Role

As a Cellar Hand at our 15 Valley Winery, you will be responsible for supporting our team with the day-to-day cellar operations.   

In this role you will:  

• Maintain a safe working attitude, and environment  
• Execute assigned cellar operations to meet production requirements
• Ensure all cellar operations are carried out in professional and timely manner
• Action cellar and winemaking requests promptly and professionally
• Notify supervisors of equipment failure/breakdown
• Maintain cellar policy and procedure to best practice standards and suggest improvements  
• Complete additional duties as required by the business

About you

You bring a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn, along with:

• Experience working in a winery
• Physical fitness, motivation, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to listen to and follow instructions
• Enthusiasm to understand not only how tasks are done, but also why we do them
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team environment
