15 Valley nestles into the foothills of the Wither Hills and is New Zealand’s largest winery. Experienced winemakers, cutting edge technology such as smart tanks, bespoke systems and our amazing cellar teams help us to produce and export our globally renown Sauvignon Blanc. 

The Role

As the Operations Supervisor at our 15 Valley Winery, you will be at the heart of daily winery operations, leading our production team and ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. 

• Lead, influence, and make a real impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Build, coach and develop your team to achieve operational excellence
• Collaborate with Winemaking, Planning and Lab teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and operational standards at all times
• Foster teamwork and a culture of excellence across the winery
• Demonstrate flexibility to lead across shifts and during vintage peak times

About you

You bring strong leadership experience and a passion for motivating teams to deliver their best, as well as:

• Experience in operational environments, ideally in winery, food, or manufacturing
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Drive to continuously improve processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across different teams
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, especially during vintage
• A commitment to health & safety, food safety, and maintaining high standards
