The Role
We're seeking a Market Executive to provide operational, administrative and commercial support to the National Sales Manager, Zoe Mallen. This is a versatile, hands-on role that spans forecasting, ordering and logistics coordination, customer portal management, claims, pricing and compliance. The position is responsible for ensuring continuity and accuracy across all workflows - keeping product flowing and customer portals accurate and up to date.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing customer order processing end-to-end, including booking deliveries into customer distribution centres and liaising directly with our 3PL provider on inbound/outbound coordination.
- Supporting supply chain operations — liaising with NZ logistics, maintaining inventory visibility, and reporting on stock on hand.
- Supporting the administration of claims, including coding, governance, documentation and reconciliation.
- Maintaining data platforms (Circana, Quantium) and supporting pricing loads and validation.
- Assisting with accrual inputs and promotional files.
- Daily management of retailer portals, including PMR uploads, digital submissions and compliance requirements.
- Acting as a seamless link between the NZ brand team and our AU distributor.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business continuity and service levels.
About you
We're looking for a motivated, adaptable self-starter who's comfortable picking up work across multiple functions and can manage competing priorities without losing sight of the details:
- Experience across customer administration, forecasting/demand planning, distributor relationship management and inventory coordination.
- Wine or broader FMCG experience highly regarded.
- Comfort working with 3PL providers and coordinating delivery/logistics bookings.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a collaborative, consultative approach to internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and confidence working with data, systems and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a continuous-improvement, self-learner mindset.
- Understanding of the retail and on-premises trading environment and key performance drivers.
- Ability to work autonomously while staying connected to broader team and business priorities.
