The Role

You’ll lead a team of 7+ machinery operators (plus seasonal staff) and –

• Manage weekly and seasonal shifts and work plans
• Lead, upskill and train your team through seasonal cycles
• Work closely with vineyard and labour teams
• Stay agile and adjust operational plans to meet changing weather conditions

The role offers plenty of challenge, variety, and the satisfaction of seeing your work come to life across the vineyard.

About You

You don’t need to be a qualified viticulturist – we’re after a leader who understands growing environments, machinery, logistics, and people –

• Operational experience working with tractors/machinery
• Background in horticulture, agriculture or viticulture
• Supervisory experience
• Strong work ethic
• Focus on safety
