Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Specialist to help us reach our goals by ensuring the accuracy of our inventory and providing exceptional support to our logistics operations. This will include leading the relationship with key logistics partners, problem solving, managing queries, and owning the relationships with our third-party logistics (3PL) partners to facilitate seamless inventory management across all sites. You will play an essential role in ensuring our supply chain runs efficiently and effectively, contributing to the broader success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
3PL & Logistics Partners Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our logistics partners, particularly our warehousing and transport providers across all markets.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day logistics-related matters.

  • Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are documented and up-to-date, in line with compliance requirements.

  • Support the Supplier Development Program to improve and streamline processes.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records across all finished goods warehouses by overseeing daily transfers, stock checks, and counts.

  • Monitor sales forecasts and stock movements to ensure optimal inventory levels at all times.

  • Safeguard quality control procedures to uphold Indevin’s strong reputation for excellence.

Team & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicate effectively with the wider Logistics & Commercial Operations team to promptly address any logistics inquiries and share relevant updates.

  • Work collaboratively with peers to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

  • Participate in regular reporting to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Invoice Management:

  • Tracking spend to ensure that we are within budget, and seeking opportunities to reduce costs wherever possible 
  • Checking and forwarding invoices for payment

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes is an advantage.
