The Role

Support Indevin Group through our internal and external reporting obligations as we move through a period of change and financial year end –

  • Manage and help to develop a team of 4 through active coaching and review especially of balance sheet reconciliations and analytical review
  • Lead the month-end process to ensure accurate, relevant and understandable reporting, according to target deadlines
  • Perform the Group consolidation process and work closely with Business planning team in understanding and presenting results to the broader business
  • Drive the statutory reporting and audit processes and banking covenants calculation and reporting
  • Execute our existing audit plan with the team, managing workflows and motivating the team to stay on track
  • Produce or update accounting position papers as required and work to practically apply accounting standards
  • Ensure compliance with the Group's financial obligations

This is a full time, fixed term role until the end of September.

About You

In addition to your background as a Group Finance Manager or similar, ideally within manufacturing, you will bring -

  • Proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate a high performing team
  • Experience managing consolidations and reconciliations
  • Ability to own consolidation end to end and drive best practices which will feed into our audit process
  • Experience in leading and coordinating an audit process
  • Positive approach, happy to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team where necessary
  • Knowledge of IFRS, legislative and other regulatory requirements
  • CA qualification
