Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing trusted, high-level Executive Assistant support to our CEO and Executive Leadership Team, ensuring priorities are well managed, meetings run smoothly, and day-to-day coordination is seamless. This includes:
- Proactively managing the CEO’s calendar and inbox with strong judgement and attention to detail
- Managing CEO travel itineraries (domestic and International), accommodation, transport, visas and related logistics
- Supporting the smooth delivery of key leadership activities including Board meetings, weekly online ELT meetings and regular ELT off-sites – including technology, pre-reads and attendee coordination
- Acting as a professional and highly organised point of contact for senior internal stakeholders and external partners
- Handling sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and maintain a calm, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
- Building strong relationships across the business to anticipate needs, solve problems early and keep things moving behind the scenes
What you need to be successful
We’re seeking an experienced EA who is highly organised, proactive and confident operating in a fast-paced senior leadership environment. You will ideally bring:
- Proven experience as an EA supporting a CEO, Executive or senior leader in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Experience managing complex calendars, inboxes, travel and meeting coordination with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidence supporting leadership forums, events or governance activities, with the ability to coordinate logistics seamlessly from start to finish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders, external partners and suppliers
- Strong judgement, discretion and maturity when handling confidential and sensitive information
- Highly developed organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to adapt quickly as priorities change
- A proactive, solutions-focused style, with the confidence to anticipate needs, problem-solve early and follow through
- Strong Microsoft 365 capability, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint/OneDrive, along with confidence using travel and expense systems
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
