The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on and creative Digital Marketing Executive to bring Indevin’s brands to life online. You’ll manage social media, websites, email, blogs, and Meta campaigns, creating and publishing engaging content that tells a consistent brand story. You’ll also support New Zealand direct-to-consumer activity, work closely with internal teams and agency partners, and use consumer feedback to continuously improve our digital presence.
What you’ll be doing
• Plan, execute, and optimise digital activity across social, websites, and email in line with brand and market plans
• Publish and manage content across digital channels, keeping everything on brand and engaging for our audience
• Support brand campaigns with social content, performance tracking, and insights
• Oversee D2C email communications, including CRM hygiene, segmentation, and automations
• Maintain and update ecommerce websites, including product content and landing pages
• Collaborate with internal design teams and agencies to create assets for campaigns, including photoshoots and post-production
• Analyse performance, prepare dashboards, and use insights to continuously improve activity
• Help manage digital tools, documentation, and content calendars
About you
• 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media, website, and email marketing best practice
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Wordpress, Squarespace), CRM/email platforms (Active Campaign), Meta/Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics/Ads, Shopify or similar
• Confident managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimisation
• Curious, collaborative, and keen to grow your skills in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Interest in wine and storytelling is a bonus
