Our grapes come from over 6,000 hectares of planted vineyards and blended in our wineries across three of the renowned wine regions - Marlborough, Hawke’s Bay, and Gisborne - and our wines are exported globally. The Role

This pivotal role sits at the heart of our business, ensuring successful dispatch of our wine to New Zealand and the rest of the world -  

• Sales support across all markets, including pre and post-sale
• Excellent customer service, from the first interaction to the last
• Efficient order coordination, timely delivery, prompt documentation and accurate billing
• Liaise with our customers and our internal teams across sales, warehouse, finance, inventory and planning
• Coordinate with our 3PL provider and across all our logistics partners

This is an excellent platform for starting your career at Indevin – we’ve had team members move from this role into leadership, planning, sales, operations, logistics and account management.

About You

Bring your experience within customer service or administration, as well as –

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for engaging with customers and providing the highest level of service
• Time management and organisational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to learn our system
• Problem solving
